Tristen West
Minister to Children
Tristen began serving with the NorthPark kids in November 2020. In August of 2023, he became the Minister to Children. He is a 2016 Hewitt-Trussville alumni who grew up at NorthPark. Before working at NorthPark, Tristen worked for Ascension Health Services and UPS. While working those jobs, he felt God’s call to ministry.
In the Summer of 2022, Tristen married his high school sweetheart Kelcie. They met at NorthPark and were both actively involved in our church and student ministry. Kelcie is currently a kindergarten teacher at Pinson Elementary. They love working with kids together. Tristen has a deep desire for children to understand the love that God has for them.
Tristen is a current student at Leavell College at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. When he is not studying or writing papers, he enjoys hanging out with his friends, playing pickleball and basketball, and going on walks with Kelcie.
