NorthPark Deacons
NorthPark deacons are table waiters, feet washers, and true servants of God. Though deacons serve in a variety of ways in our church, their primary role as deacons is to care for our widows and to minister to our people. A major event of our deacon's ministry is to host our church's annual Widows' Christmas Banquet.
New deacons are nominated by the church and go through an interview process to make sure they meet the qualifications set forth in 1 Timothy 3:8-13. Those who agree to serve are brought before the church for approval and deacon ordination.
