WEEKLY SUMMARY

Each week, we want to keep our church family informed about what God is doing at NorthPark. This page provides a snapshot of key ministry updates, including attendance, giving, and other important highlights from the previous week. Thank you for your faithful prayers, generosity, and involvement in the life of our church.

This page includes a simple explanation of the church's financial accounts. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Stephen Hall or Sharon Terry (stephen@nponline.org, sharon@nponline.org). Our Stewardship Team reviews the church's financial reports each month and provides oversight of the church's finances.

Budget Account
The Budget Account is the church's operating account. A positive balance indicates that our year-to-date giving is greater than our year-to-date operating expenses.

Designated Accounts
The Designated Accounts contain funds that have been given and set aside for specific purposes. These include upcoming HVAC replacement, future roof repairs, missions, mission scholarships, children's and student ministries, student scholarships, and many other ministry-specific needs.

Reserves Account
The Reserves Account is set aside to prepare for significant future needs. For example, our building's roof is approaching the end of its expected lifespan. Maintaining reserves allows the church to respond wisely to major expenses as they arise without disrupting ongoing ministry.
At NorthPark, we believe that serving others is a key part of who we are as Christ-followers. Serving is the action of our faith and the means by which we shine the light of Jesus in a dark world. As the body of Christ, we must be willing to go outside the walls of the church and participate in servant evangelism together. We seek to meet real needs and serve others so that we can share the hope of the gospel along the way.

We believe that doing ministry together is an integral part of our disciple-making culture, and thus, we encourage each of our small groups to participate in multiple ministry projects each year. Check out the new tool below to see some current ideas for ministry projects!
